Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at FelixGoods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this window. Requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition it was received

  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

  • Item must not be from a non-returnable category (see Section 4)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at FelixGoods.co@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Do NOT send your item back without first receiving written confirmation and return instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads or digital products (once accessed or downloaded)

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-related products once opened (e.g., beauty, wellness products)

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. In these cases, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A replacement item sent at no additional charge

  • Store credit

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at FelixGoods.co@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon delivery.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time

  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing period
